Bitnary.Net provides software tools and digital content for educational and testing purposes. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Bitnary.Net assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software provided by the Service.
Sharing, distributing, or reselling your account or access to the software.
Using the software to disrupt game servers or harass other players maliciously.

Important: We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or loss of access to any third-party accounts (e.g., game accounts) resulting from the use of our software. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bitnary.Net be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of the administration in cases where the software is proven to be non-functional on the user's system after troubleshooting.
